I am 36 years old and have wrinkles on my face so I can make those wrinkles go away

Answered by Dr. Parul Khot

Wrinkles is due to shrinking  of skin with collagen loss.  First is improve life style, eat proteins,  sleep well,  drink water and eat. Lots of antioxidant foods without fail each day,  reduce smoking , sugar intake and carbs.  Now come to local application  of sunscreen,  and Vitamin C serum in morning,  Retinol and peptide serum at night. Next as soon as u are 35,  start collagen building treatments  as Mesopen,  PRP,  Q switch,  HIFU or peels so that u stimulate collagen and look younger. Take collagen pills to help tighten skin. You can also visit dermatologist near you for detailed consultation.

There are different ways to deal with wrinkles on the face. Skin texture can be improved by topical treatment with retinoids, antioxidants, and moisturizers. Procedures such as Botox injections help to diminish wrinkles by relaxing muscles. Dermal fillers increase volume in certain areas. Laser therapy and chemical peels work well for skin rejuvenation. Skin care, sun protection, and proper lifestyle lead to long-term benefits. Ask a dermatologist about individualized solutions depending on the skin type and personal issues.

Female | 20

It may be because of hormonal or nutrition deficiency. Did you change anything recently in your diet? You should include protien and iron rich food in your diet. Stress is also a reason of hair loss. . . . Please make sure to take CAREFUL care of your HAIR. It is important to keep them healthy by taking a BALANCED diet and REDUCING stress. If the problem still persists, then it is better to visit a dermatologist.

Hy good evening sir... My name is Rahif and I am currently working in saudi arabia... I am facing mouth irritation like small bumps under right side of my tounge ,they come and go away but not permanently from last some months also from last some days I am facing oral thrush, can you guide me please..

Male | 27

The little bumps under your tongue that appear and disappear might be swollen taste buds, which don’t pose any danger. Conversely, oral thrush is a result of yeast infection. This is quite widespread and can be cured with antifungal drugs that should be prescribed by a physician. Do not forget to brush your teeth regularly and to follow a balanced diet.

What to do to get rid of blackheads on the face. And to brighten the face

Male | 25

Blackheads are minuscule black spots on your skin. They are a result of oil and dead skin blocking the pores on the skin. To clarify them, gently wash the pores once daily, never neglect the exfoliation part, and the third thing is to apply a non-come-genic moisturizer. Besides you can try using salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide products. Don't forget to wash your face thoroughly and moisturize it.

Male | 24

Accidentally gulping a cool lip gloss can be a bit worrying, but do not panic. Small amounts of lip gloss are usually okay to swallow. If you do not feel trouble breathing or bad stomach pain, you will likely be fine. Drink some water to help wash it down your throat. However, if you start feeling unwell, contact a doctor for guidance right away.

Salmon patches on her face from her birth so i m worried about and how its solve problem

Female | 3months

Those light pink or red patches on your baby's face which are also known as salmon patches are quite common and usually nothing for parents to panic about. They occur when small blood vessels are near the skin. No need for treatment as they usually disappear on their own by the time the child is 1 to 2 years. Simply keep the area clean and protect against direct sunlight.

Hi I am taking esomeprazole, lipitor, lisinopril, citalopram and ropinerole. I want to know if it it safe to take anti sweat tablets. Thank you

Female | 59

Sweating is your body's natural way to cool down. Certain medications can increase sweat production as a side effect or be symptoms of underlying medical conditions. Anti-sweat tablets reduce sweat secretion but may interact with your current medications. It's crucial to consult your doctor for a safe solution. They can adjust your medications or suggest alternative treatments to address the root cause of your sweating. Always communicate openly with your doctor about any concerns or changes in your medication regimen to ensure your health is prioritized.
