will microdermabrasion help acne go away?

I am getting married in August. I have very big open pores. And as my skin is oily, I have some acne also. Will microdermabrasion treatment help clear all these and make the skin surface smooth?

For very big open pores, the oil secretion needs to be controlled, because if oil secretion is not controlled, the pores wont reduce. For oil correction using salicylic acid based face washes, avoiding hair oil are important measures. Apart from that micro-needling or micro-needling radiofrequency, CO2 Laser are better options than just dermabrasion though microdermabrasion might have little effect on open pores.

Open Pores can be minimized with microdermabrasion. As you even have an acne issue I would suggest to have acne control peels too. You can opt for skin booster treatment also as it works on open pores and at the same time improves the texture and quality of your skin and adds glow and radiance

Open pores are nothing but opening of sebaceous glands which helps in maintaining natural oils on skin. some have small pores some big .
Complete removal is not possible nor desirable.
But yes it can be reduced by various treatment one of which is microdermabrasion

Hello, lets first find out its underlying cause of acne and treat it. Microdermabrasion can not be done when there are active acne.
