Having pain under right side of jawline and can feel the lymph node just below the jawline on the right side which perhaps has swollen and can feel it as a hard gland , the Pain increases at the time of chewing solid food and swallowing, No other symptoms persists like cough cold and fever, have taken Amoxicillin clavunanic acid 625 Mg twice a day for three days but no respite, kindly advise the best medications for the above mentioned. Thanks
